Make sure you are safe, If it's late at night do not stand outside your house on your own. Think SAFE !!! Call a neighbour or a friend to wait with you, they will understand and you might even get a cup of tea while you are waiting for us to arrive.
We class all late night calls as an emergency and will respond as quick as possible.
Once on site we will assess the situation and discuss the best course of action. For example if you have lost your bag and keys you should get the locks changed straight away. You never know who may find your bag.
If your keys are inside and the door just slammed shut there is no need for a lock change. Some companies will be walking to your house with a drill in hand. A new lock means more cash for them. GJ Locks does not work this way.
